I have a spacious 3bd/2.5 bath home in the South Austin in a quiet neighborhood and am seeking a professional female roommate. It is a private room and bathroom. The home is fully furnished and the room can be furnished if needed. It is a two story home with 2.5 baths. The third bedroom is my office, so you would only have one other roommate and a private bathroom. Rent is $1,200 and does not include utilities. Utilities are usually around $100-150, which includes water, trash, power, and internet. Move in available.

About Me: I’m originally from the east coast and moved here from FL a couple years ago. I’m a work from home professional, love eating and cooking, enjoy spending time in nature, fitness, and travel often. I like to keep the house clean.
