Room available for rent to a mature, quiet professional in an ideal Sunnyvale location bordering Cupertino and Los Altos (by Hwy 85 and Foothill Expressway). 7 minutes from Apple Computer and De Anza college, 10 minutes from Google, 15 minutes from Facebook and Stanford University. You must be okay with small dogs (we have two – 9 lbs and 13 lbs) and have a carefree, friendly, and considerate personality as there are four other roommates in the house. The lifestyle in the house is pretty much each to their room, no parties, no heavy guest traffic. Emphasis is on privacy and minimal disturbances. The room is medium-size at 160 sq ft. The bathroom is shared with one person, the kitchen is available for light cooking and the washer and dryer are available in the garage.
The neighborhood is a very pretty, safe, and quiet single home residential area with wide streets that are always uncrowded and quiet. Monthly rent is $1,250 all inclusive - utilities, internet, sanitary supplies, and cleaning of common areas all covered. Rent is only one person per room and is month-to-month with a 30 day required notice. Refundable security deposit is also $1,250.

4 roommates ages 67 (male), 62 (male), 37 (female), 30 (male). All roommates are quiet, respectful, each to their room. Visitors are infrequent and quiet time starts at 10 pm. we have two small poodles, so any potential roommate must be okay with small dogs and an occasional bark.
