We have space opening up in our 3br Baker Beach apartment. It is the largest room with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

About the apartment/community

There are lots of hiking trails and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe and our neighbors are super kind and friendly. There is a nice sense of community here and we would love for you to be a part of it.

Rent and Move-In/Move-Out

The room is within a three-bedroom apartment that includes a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and closets. Rent for this room is $1,500 plus utilities (includes parking). Move in date is ideally around or on May 27th. The lease re-starts on June 1st and will be a year long, however, there are options to replace yourself on the lease if you need to leave earlier. We ask that you give at least 30 days notice to allow time to find and approve a replacement.

We have a designated parking spot that we rotate monthly. We also have street parking passess and parking is really easy. There is a laundromat across the street for Presidio residents only. Bus 29 and the PresidiGo shuttle to downtown run close by.

Roommates:

A: Works in environmental policy part time, is a yoga instructor, and babysits. She loves to be out in nature, camping, hiking, slacklining. She has a pup named Zuzu and a guinea pig named Bug. She loves to be creative with arts and crafts and cooking.

E: Works full time outside doing habitat restoration and environmental education with kids and native plants. Loves to be creative crafting and painting as well as spending time outdoors hiking and surfing. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her part-time pup, Miso.

You: You are interested in being friendly with your roommates and neighbors, you love animals, you are down to help out with regular house chores and keeping common areas clean.
