Backyard provides off-street parking spaces free of charge. All utilities such as electricity, water, gas, and wifi are included in the rent. Washer and dryer, free of charge, is also available in the basement.

Bedroom: The room is furnished with a full-size bed with chest of drawers, desk and a chair, and closet. You have your own private bathroom, not shared.

Location: The house, at around Alabama Ave SE & 7th St SE is six blocks from the Congress Heights metro in SE DC and there are many bus lines near our house. It is in a convenient location about 10-minute walk to the metro. It is an easy commute to downtown (about 20-25 minutes by metro) from our house. It is located on a major busy street in DC (Alabama Ave SE), so it is in a safe location, even though Congress Heights is a poorer area of DC. Off-street backyard parking available and free.
