The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and the 2 other rooms have a shared bathroom. There is a half bathroom downstairs. It has a one car garage with a driveway that can fit 2 cars if needed. Currently there is 3 of us living here, but one is moving out in August. There are a few options when it comes to the rooms. The room is $800.00 a month. There is a security deposit of $1167.00 The utilities are divided between all the roommates, which includes water, trash, power, stream services like netflix (if you decide to use these), and internet. After we decide, an application with Redwood Property Management will need to be filled out and approved before anything can be finalized. The application fee/credit check is $40.00-$60.00

We are a brothers household who are a part of the same church. Our names are Greg, Victor, and Micheal (who is moving out in August). You don’t have to be a part of our church but we do live by Biblical standards in our household. This may sound strict but it’s really not there are just a few principles we want the members of our household to respect.
