Sarah's room

The room is a decent size with a window facing the courtyard. It has two shelved closets and a space for hanging clothes. Shared kitchen, living spaces are separated, you’d have access to the closest space around you. Washer + Dryer included. Only bills we ask for help w/ is electric and internet. Other roomies take care of separate bills. The property is in need of work but overall is nice. There is a fenced portion in the backyard to let animals out. Plenty of parking out front.

My fiancé and I live upstairs we currently own 3 cats and a dog, downstairs are two roomies one who owns a cat and the other owns a dog. We’re all pretty chill and mostly keep to our spaces. We do like to hang out together every once in a while.
