Looking for one or two (couple ok) roommates to move into the master bedroom of a two bedroom non smoking, non vaping apartment in SW Portland, the room has its own private bathroom with a standing shower. Monthly rent for the room is $943 not including utilities. Full rent of the apartment is $1,715 before utilities. Wifi and PGE are in my name but would be split in half, all bill amounts are tracked with a shared google sheet. Apartment amenities include a community laundry room located next to the unit. Pool, business center, and 24 hour fitness center and an Amazon package Hub in the office area. Apartment near Bus lines 1, 44, 45 and 64. About a 6 minute walk to 44/45/64 stops and line 1 stop right in front of the complex close to the unit. Unit is close to the street side and you can walk up the hill to get to the sidewalk with the bus stop easily.
