Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Village right down the street from Fresno State. I am giving up my lease due to me graduating this month. You will have your own room + restroom only having to share the kitchen, living room, and balcony with one other person. The apartment complex comes with a 24/7 gym and computer lab as well as a game room and outside pool. They currently have a couple different promotions going on so you might just be able to snag a good deal! I plan to completely move out May 19th after that it is all yours.

There will be a new roommate moving in sometime during June so as of now I am unsure who you will be sharing the place with.
