Looking to sub-let one room (with walk-in closet) in my two-bedroom apartment. Room is a good size with a huge walk-in closet but no window. Rent covers ALL utilities and wifi and must be paid before the first of the next month.

Apartment has living room with fully updated kitchen (with dishwasher), balcony, one bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, and plenty of storage.

The complex is close to SUNY Albany in a safe area with plenty of parking and walkable to a grocery store and bus stop. Apartment is on the second floor with an elevator.

The apartment is fully furnished (seating, TV, kitchen table, lights, dishes, appliances, etc) except for the bedroom. We’ll be sharing the living space- you can use my kitchenware and appliances or bring your own.

No dogs please (dogs not allowed in apartment) and max one cat as I’m allergic but can live with at as long as everything is kept clean. No smoking please (vaping fine) as it’s also against the lease.

I’m a 25 year old woman looking for another female roommate in their 20’s-30’s to assist with rent as my former roommate just moved out. I’m quiet and mostly keep to myself. I’m immunocompromised so I need a roommate who has had their covid boosters and gets their yearly flu shots. I have no pets currently.

I like crafting so there’s often materials laying around but the apartment is clean and I do not wear shoes indoors.
