Private Room and bathroom (95% private) for rent in a 3 bd/ 2 bth house. Only share with one other female and I will visit only for 1-2 days in 2-3 months and will need to share your bathroom, otherwise its like having your own bathroom. The other room mate is a girl, so we are looking for another female roommate.
Full use of all areas of the house. Utilities and internet included. Plenty of parking on driveway.
Rental terms: Month to month ok
First and last month rent on move in
Refundable security deposit of $500
Total move in cost due is $2000.
Credit check, Background check, Fill out application form. Will verify employment/income status.
Smoking: ok in the sun room, not inside One person only. No couples please.
About: Modern interior and rustic exterior. If you enjoy gardening, you can have your own area to grow what you like. There is plenty of room. There are fruit trees, herbs and vegetables in the works.
I come once a month for a couple of days. My other roommate is a female student.
