I have an upscale 2 bed 2 bath flat in Denver. I’m looking for a CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE ADULT to take one of the rooms. Rent is $1250/month for the room including utilities & internet, but I want to secure a flatmate for the next 4 months ASAP. If you can commit to 4 months rent ($5000) upfront, I can give you the spot for 5 months. That’s 1 month free! Photos are a mix of stock photos from the apartment but they are entirely accurate to the actual flat.

About me: I use the flat for business purposes. Currently, we are downsizing and reorganizing, so the flat will mostly be unoccupied. I will be around from time to time but do not live there. We will continue to have monthly business meetings at the flat. Those typically last only a few hours and we will work with you to make sure everyone is happy with these arrangements. With all of that said, because I do use this apartment for business, I will only accept clean and responsible people.
