Looking for a responsible and tidy roommate. Ideally over 25 and part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community but I’m open to anyone who’s a decent human being! It’s the master bedroom in a two bedroom one bath duplex with some raised garden beds, a covered carport and is pretty close to campus.

Rent is $675/mo and utilities average around $55-$140/mo depending on season. You’d need to be approved through Deurksen and sign onto the lease, and the lease is up in July of 2024.
