Large downstairs Master Suite in our townhouse. Large walk-in and linen closets. Ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and private water closet. Walk-in shower…no tub. Suite has a private outside locking door, and a key locking inside door. Full downstairs and laundry privileges. (Laundry room is upstairs.) The entire townhouse and yard are No Smoking 🚭. Utilities are included, provided there are not large bill overages from previous history. (Large increases in electric, gas, water usage, etc.) Room could be unfurnished or partially furnished (bed/frame/headboard and dresser).

I’m a 47 year-old high school teacher (in year 25). My two teenagers share our house. We live in the three upstairs bedrooms, and have been in this house for over eleven years. My 13 year-old daughter would much prefer a female housemate.
