Large downstairs Master Suite in our townhouse. Large walk-in and linen closets. Ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and private water closet. Walk-in shower…no tub. Suite has a private outside locking door, and a key locking inside door. Full downstairs and laundry privileges. (Laundry room is upstairs.) The entire townhouse and yard are No Smoking 🚭. Utilities are included, provided there are not large bill overages from previous history. (Large increases in electric, gas, water usage, etc.) Room could be unfurnished or partially furnished (bed/frame/headboard and dresser).

I’m a 50 year-old high school teacher (in year 27). My two teenagers (16 & 18) share our house. We live in the three upstairs bedrooms, and have been in this house for over 13 years. My daughter would much prefer a female housemate.
