Sabrina's room

This is a private room in a house with a shared bathroom. The room has one twin bed, a dresser, closet and nightstand as well as a TV. It includes its own mini refrigerator and has access to an upstairs kitchenette that contains a microwave, sink and electric burner. The downstairs shared bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity sink. The private room has its own private balcony where you can see the Hollywood Sign from! Female preferred, males will be considered

We are looking for someone who is cleanly, respectful, and professional. Someone that’s a good fit in general. There are a few different rooms rented in the house and the tenants are all family oriented. The owners are an elderly couple and live in the home.
