About the room
Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking for someone to rent our extra room, You will have your own bathroom as well.(Since the bathroom is in the hallway it would be a shared bathroom for when guests come over)
We live right across from crossroads so we live in walking distance of regal movie theater, grocery stores , shopping centers , food court, etc.
We don’t mind sharing our food with you or going half on groceries. You have full access to laundry, kitchen, living room etc. We’re also on the bus line if needed.
The room is not available until May 1st and will end in January (short term lease as we’re planning on moving end of January )
We do have a cat who roams the house during the day she is very friendly but she would like to be an only child so no other animals are allowed. We’re happy to answer any questions that you may have .
About the roomies
I work at Overlake and my boyfriend does construction. We’re early risers in the morning b/c of that.
