Mark's room

3,200 square foot house on 4 private acres a mile from Higgins Beach and 15 min to downtown Portland. I am a local bar owner and disc golfer who loves wine, dancing and intelligent conversation. There is a garage spot available, hot tub, wine cellar, wood shop, workout space, music rehearsal space, formal dining room, frog pond and disc golf. Rent includes TV, internet, gas, oil, electric, mowing, plowing and mosquito spraying.

I am looking for a housemate, not just renting a room. If you just want to hide in your room all day, keep searching. Currently, I have one other roommate who is a super awesome chill guy. He is moving to Oregon in the fall to be with his lady though. I would consider a couple or multiple people as there two rooms available and plenty of room. Hopefully you will be social, active and have your own life but also want to also be included in fun things each of us do. No pets, victims or cocaine. Just fun folks who want to share life!
