In Temecula, near vail ranch and RedHawk, shopping complex is with in 1 mile. quite area. Fully furnished 1 room available with attached bathroom. 2 door in room. 1 door opens into lobby and other opens into backyard / patio. 1 room for 1 tenant. But mom with kids okey. Lobby and kitchen shared, no late unless working late night shifts. if want to smoke, or drink can do that in backyard/patio , if want unfurnished room, we can remove all bedding and stuff

Couple living here with 2 small kids. No pets All utilities included Rent will never go up until tenant stay, doesn’t matter how long want to stay. With nice behavior. Rent month to month, should inform us 1 month early, before left. No extra bill
