East 2nd Street

Hey! I’m subletting my bedroom from June 1-June 30 in alphabet city for $1500. It’s the ground floor in a three bedroom apartment, so you would be living with two other girls. The room is a huge space (19’ by 12’) so you would have plenty of privacy. The photos are what it looks like now but I’ll be moving out so it would be mostly unfurnished. I can definitely provide an air mattress and a chair and there’s plenty of closet space. I may be able to leave more behind and we can totally discuss more depending on your needs! It’s a super fun location and very close to the F and J trains. Wifi, gas, and electric included. AC in unit and laundromat down the street. Would just be the months rent upfront and ensuring that the room is empty when you leave.

My roommates are freshly graduated young female artists who are very clean, quiet, and keep to themselves!
