We have an empty spare bedroom (11x12) up for rent with plenty of street parking. Shared bathroom for showering. But there’s a half bath available as well to use. This bedroom has great lighting. And the new thing is that I installed a back door so you can have your own private entrance if you don’t want to come in through the front door. The location is across SAC. Target, smart and final and other stores around the corner. Ideal for a college student or someone who just wants a nice place to stay and rest.
