Jackee's room

We are renting 1 room in our home. We live 3 miles away from Mt. Sac and 4.3 miles away from Cal Poly Pomona. The room is private room with window A/C it has a shared bathrooms. All bedrooms & bathrooms are located upstairs with no access to the main house. There’s a Shared kitchen, separate private entrance and access to laundry facilities. Driveway parking for one car per tenant. The room is great for a single occupant, preferably a male student or professionals . We ask for low volume as it is a family residence, no pets, no overnight guests or smoking. We are located in a centralized area that’s great for shopping and dining.

This is a family residence. All current tenants are students at CPP. Happy to answer any questions.
