GREAT LOCATION!! NICE, UPDATED APARTMENT!! I am a (young, child-free) 43yr old female looking to rent ONE rooms to 1 individual. NO COUPLES OR KIDS. One cat is allowed (there are 2 cats here already.) I work full time during the day and prefer roommates who have a similar work schedule. This is a smoke free apartment but we are 420 friendly-ish (no smoking up the house!).

I’m looking for someone who is not going to have visitors often, and no overnight guests unless discussed and agreed upon at a later date. (This includes significant others!)

Roommate will share cleaning duties (one good cleaning of one shared space a month), and will be expected to contribute money or buy shared items (toilet paper, wipes, cleaning products etc.) This seems like a no brainer but not everyone is mindful of this! Our and your safety and comfort are my #1 priority, and mutual respect and consideration is expected. Quiet hours are after 10pm during the work week and after 12am on weekends. I always prefer transparency and open communication if there are any issues.
