Sloane's room

Move in date would be June 5th. I am the one moving out so you would be taking my bedroom. This is a single bedroom with shared bathroom and common areas. $1075 a month plus utilities (around $60 to 80 a month) internet, water, power. $500 deposit due at move-in. This is a gated community, and requires a pin to get in from the outside for safety of the community. Located in Northgate with a QFC right next door (very convenient) You’d have a mailbox shared with the owner and its street parking near by. Walking distance to light rail.

You would be living with the owner (young 26 year old, friendly, professional) of the condo who has a friendly nice cat.
