My roommate is moving to Cali at the beginning of June so I’m looking for a new roommate. You’ll get the master bedroom in a 2 bed 1.5bath townhouse near clark College. The living room is furnished and I have the kitchen mostly filled with all necessities but the room is all yours. Rent is utilities included except for electric which is $20-$35 a month.

I’m a 22y old who works two jobs thursdays- sundays, I’m very easy going. As a roommate we both live in this place so you have as much say as I do in everything. I’m pretty good at communicating and will text if I plan on having someone over. My roommate and i shared a lot in the home but if you prefer not to that’s totally cool. Really respectful and am not fussy about much. I like being friends with the people I live with :) I have a border collie mix he’s very friendly, doesn’t bark (like ever) and super chill. I foster cats sometimes but right now it’s just us. We welcome any other pets :)
