It is partially furnished with a queen-sized bed and armoire and sits on the end of an unusual U-shaped layout that offers lots of privacy for the renter as the room is tucked away in a corner right off of the sizable kitchen area which has a big refrigerator, oven, microwave, folding table and chairs, as well as ample storage space, an adjoining mudroom, and back deck fitted for outdoor dining. A deadbolt lock for the room would also be provided for peace of mind.

As mentioned it is a shared unit, but the renter would have the 1407sf space to themselves most of the time because it’s only used as a guest suite.

The home is located in Northern New Jersey, a part of the Greater New York City area, and 30 minutes from Midtown Manhattan in a diverse neighborhood with multicultural cuisine, in close proximity to stores, schools, parks, houses of worship, and public transportation.
