Hahn's room

This is a two bedroom house with one bathroom, full kitchen, front and back yard, basement and a two car garage. All utilities are covered, which includes internet/wifi. Both rooms are 12x12’, with walk-in closets. The available room currently has furniture available for it (bed, table, etc.).

I’m hoping to find a housemate that is responsible and keeps a quiet profile. Again, I work from home and I can’t have someone’s guest screaming while I’m on the phone with a client. Someone who is self-aware, clean, and loves dogs is definitely desired.

I work from home and game/work out on my free time.

I moved to Cedar Rapids from St. Paul, Minnesota. The reason for the move was for both to land in a safer spot and cut down on the cost of living. So far, the community has been amazing. One day, my shepherd got loose and two locals helped me. That blew my mind. Seriously, that never happened in St. Paul. People here are based and seemingly more wholesome.
