Hi I am a friendly, easy going homeowner, who is a professional in the corporate field and also an entrepreneur outside of that. I live in a single-family gated community located in the East Valley near Red Mountain, which is a beautiful backdrop. I have a very organized & cleanliness personality and have the same expectations of a roommate. The community has a gated pool, locking mailboxes, nearby grocery stores, gas stations, banks, and restaurants. There is easy access to the 202 & 101 freeways. The neighborhood is surrounded by other gated community’s and estates.
