Mark's room

Eclectic single family home with 5 bedrooms and 4 cats (because every child had to have a cat), not kidding. We do have an air purifier). They’ve all left the nest - we have 2 bedrooms available to rent. One is already rented (open in July). The open room, the largest of the 2, sits over the garage. Enough room to have a bed and a small living quarters. Parking is along the street or in the cul-de-sac. We live along a Greenbelt. No dogs please. Walmart and 7-Eleven within EZ walking distance (5 minutes). there is front yard seating and backyard seating. The household in general is set up for company. We cannot wait to meet you.

Mark is a little over 50, but is extremely smart, loves the National Geographic, introverted, history is his jam.. along with speed scrabble. Kate is an ERYT-500 yoga teacher, fully tattooed, a little over the top, but generous as hell. Kate is a fastidious artist, works with fabric. Mark works from home selling software. Kate teaches yoga in her studio at the house. Kate has had a bout of breast cancer and has chosen to take more of a homeo pathic approach to pain. Kate has a compassionate care card through Texas. We are 420 friendly.
