We are offering our second bedroom for rent. The room is private and comes with its own half bathroom. Additionally, you will have access to the living room and kitchen areas. The laundry room is located downstairs and is shared with other tenants, accessible through an app. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

My boyfriend and I are full-time workers looking for someone to rent our 2nd bedroom. We prefer to have a female roomie. We are really into plants and have a lot of them around the house. We also have a small weenie dog named Ellie, who is very affectionate. She stays confined to the living room area.
