There is street parking and also close to Marta Planet Fitness and LA Fitness. No Remote worker’s, No Guest allowed No Overnight Guest allowed No Drugs And Alcohol, No Cannabis No Pets . This room is for someone that wants a Safe place to lay their head and wants to save money and mind there business and will obliged by these few house rules. This room does have a criminal background check that needs to be conducted which is a non refunable 40.00 fee.

I have 2 tenants one has her own private bathroom and the other is a shared bathroom. We’re quiet, don’t like drama and very clean. Looking for ONE more Person who is clean, quiet, stable, and considerate like the rest of us. The room is a furnished full size bed with a shared bathroom.

Room Process 1.Chat 2.Tour the property and confirm or deny moving forward 3. Apply for the room (application is Non-refundable $40 fee for background check due 3 days after your tour) 4. Review the lease together, address any concerns 5. Sign the lease (signed lease is due 3 days after your approved application) 6. Turn in your security deposit & 1st month’s rent in exchange for your new house 🔑 keys.
