About the room
Looking for people interested living in this apartment over the summer (July to mid September). The property has a nice modern finish surrounded by the livelihood and food of Isla Vista. Parking in the apartment complex does require $100/month, but the parking lot is enclosed by a gate so your car will be safe.
About the roomies
This apartment is going to be subleased to other people during the summer, so I cannot speak on their behalf about their living habits. However, one of my roommates for this upcoming school year is staying - she is responsible, cleans up after herself, and is polite in terms of noise/coming in late at night.
