We have a Laundry room, pool, designated parking spot, shareable bathroom, the apartment is upstairs, a CVS, 711, a few nice restaurants to grab lunch, about 10 minutes from downtown and almost close to everything in SD!
About the roomies
I work at Sharp Memorial Hospital pretty close to the apartment. Im a very nice person, I like cooking on the weekends and go out sometimes. Iām looking for someone to help with half of the rent. The area is very quiet and not a bad area to live!!
