About the property: You’ll have your own private room designed to comfortably host a queen size bed and other furnishing while being accompanied with a wide closet including plenty of shelving. The unit is conveniently located in midtown near the Oglethorpe Mall and not too far away from the downtown area. There’s plenty of eating options in the area and if you’re in to cooking yourself, there’s several grocery store options all within a 5-7 minute drive. The apartment complex is quiet mostly, diverse in community, and friendly. I’ve been here going on almost 3 years and haven’t experienced any unkindness during my stay.

I am the only resident in this apartment. I’m a 29 year old male working a full time job and part time job. I work during the week (Monday- Friday) and some weekends throughout the month. I leave for work in the morning and come home right after work in the evening. Other than that, I game when I’m home or I work on music. Occasionally, I leave the house to do other things. I’m a really laidback and nice guy. I’m flexible and understanding in nature. However, one thing I’m pretty big on is communication and making sure the house is kept up with. I like making sure the house smells good and is clean throughout the week so that any guests I have over are comfortable. I rarely have guests over, but feel free to bring a guest or two every now and then if you’d like!
