Hi there,
Room available now. The place is a 1-story large house located very close to FIT and Walmart Neighborhood, so the location is ideal for students. Although we receive students this is a very quiet, and relaxed environment.
The room is unfurnished (but if needed we can work a small upcharge to furnish). The bathroom is shared.
Background and credit check is required.
$700-RENT INCLUDES UTILITIES.
Other single-time payments: 600-Security deposit refundable when you leave and ~50-Application fee

About the roomies
Very outgoing and friendly but serious, and quiet. The house is clean, and everyone cleans up after themselves.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors. There’s a covered smoking area on the porch. No drugs, no pets, no weapons.
