Two rooms open. Master for $1100 and Guest for $950. I am in the other guest room. Three Bedroom, One shared Bathroom. (We rent from a rental company and do not own the property).

Big back yard with a lemon tree, orange tree and garage that which we we currently use as a workspace/ gym.

Quiet neighborhood and street.

I need to fill both rooms by June First or I will be ending the lease, I do not want to pay for rooms I’m not using.

If you were interested, you would need to be approved by the rental company, and be added to the lease, Ideally six month lease.
