I have a private vacant room with a private bath in a South Atlanta gated community townhouse! I spent the last 6 weeks updating the entire place with brand new hardwoods on the main floor and throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen! Brand new carpet in the bedrooms and going up the stairs and installed new tiles in each bathroom. Each room has had new light fixtures and new ceiling fans to brighten up each area of the house! There are also all new lighting fixtures in the bathrooms and hallways. I also upgraded all appliances to stainless steel throughout the kitchen. For heighten security the main entrance is a keyless lock that allows you to access the property with a code to easily lock and unlock the unit.
