Hi all! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommates lease by June 1st or July 1st at the latest! I’m at the Santa Rosa Apartments in Ahwatukee which is a super great place and location. The complex feels super safe and is very clean and family friendly. My roommate is getting married which is why she’s leaving. The lease lasts until November 2023, so after that you can choose to renew or move on. Rent for whoever moved in is roughly $1025 a month. (Does NOT include SRP or WIFI, we’d split those of course). You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom. Laundry is in unit. There’s a pool and gym at the complex. Trash is picked up from your door, so no need to carry it to the dumpster yourself which is nice! The main space in the apartment is furnished, so you won’t have to worry about buying furniture except for whatever is needed in your bed/bath. I’d like to talk and meet with any potential tenants beforehand 🙂 **I’m not sure what the security deposit would be, but if interested I can look into that! (That’s why it only shows $1.)

I’m a pretty chill person and like my space but also like being social! I’m still fairly new to Arizona so I’m working a lot and trying to make friends as I go. I go to church and Bible studies throughout the week so those tend to be my nights “out” at the moment! Nights in typically just look like making dinner and watching a show or movie. I love photography so I might also be taking/editing pictures when I get the chance! I work from home a few days a week but typically either work in my room or head to a local coffee shop to feel more productive haha. Looking for female who’s clean, friendly, and doesn’t mind sharing the main space. :)
