Hello, I am going to move out of my place and first will be subletting it from 5th of February for the rest of the month. Afterwards this place is free for a long term sublet, this will have to be discussed with the roommate though. The rent for a full month is $980, but, as its free from the 5th, I am asking for $920. The apartment is in an amazing location, two blocks from Central Park and very close to both, 2&3 express line Central Park North and B/C line 110th Cathedral parkway. You will have your own bedroom and share the kitchen, bathroom and living room.

You will be living with Rikko, who gives you all the privacy you need. As long as you keep the kitchen and rest room reasonably clean you will have a relaxed time.
