The property location is excellent! You will get your own bedroom with a small walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom. This is the smallest of the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer are in-unit! I am asking $1100/month for rent plus utilities (includes internet, gas, electric) which average ($60-$80/month).

You will be a 5-7 minute walk from the McLean Metro Station as well as a Wegman’s. It’s a 15-20 minute train ride into DC. The Capital One Center, including Starr Hill Brewery & Rooftop Biergarten are also right across the street.

Note: The pictures do not display the current setup. The wall color of the bedroom is an off-white color. Also, I am a tenant of the condo and am not the owner.

I am a mid-30’s professional who is low-key and easy to get along with. I enjoy relaxing on the weekends, getting out and enjoying the city and local area as well as traveling. I would describe myself as a good mix of an introvert and an extrovert. I love to socialize but I do enjoy my space from time to time. Also, I’m trying to start work on my master’s degree soon.

New roommate must be a non-smoker and have no pets (I’m a pet lover, but the least says this is a must).
