Comfy, clean and safe furnished home with resort style pool, walking distance to FIT. 10 minutes to the Melbourne Airport, 15 minutes to the beach, near downtown, lots of shopping and restaurants.

I am looking for one or two roommates to share a beach style furnished home at this time I have two available guest rooms that share one large guest bathroom with double sinks. The common space includes a relaxing pool, screened porch, updated kitchen, big screen TV lounge area with plenty of seating, free parking and washer/dryer. Utilies and wifi included. This spot is perfect for traveling professionals, college students or just a nice getaway.

One or two medium to small dogs under 40lbs may be permitted upon request with a small pet cleaning fee depending on your expected length of stay. No cats are permitted at this time unless requested and discussed before hand.

I am open to short and longer term bookings.

Hi, My name is Gina. I am a single southern girl who is from Atlanta. I moved to Pensacola a few years ago where a purchased a 32ft sailboat that I lived on and fixed up with my 5yr old boxer mix Leroy. Some recent life changes have brought me to Melbourne where I am now taking care of my brothers beautiful home that he worked on for the last year to make a true paradise. I have a heart for hospitality. I love to cook, enjoy the beach and pool, travel to my boat and go sailing. I hope to find a roommate or two than can appreciate the awesome house with no drama issues or disrespect for anyone in the home. I get along with pretty much anyone and love making new friends.
