Kelson's room

Private room, rent all-inclusive. Laundry on-site. Street parking. 3 cats in the house, both friendly. Gas station, bar, bus stops, and a couple restaurants within walking distance. Como Zoo and Como Lake also within minutes of the property. Lease length is open to negotiation, but would prefer starting at either 3 or 6 months. Once that is completed, if mutual interest to stay is present, then a longer lease or extension can be agreed upon.

I am 24 y/o, single male, and I work and go to school full time, so I’m usually out of the house most days. The other tenant is also not home very often, and we both keep to ourselves. I’m open to trying anything once, and would love to get to know you better over drinks or at an event of some sort!
