The room for rent is ~111 sq ft. Two cats and two dogs live in the home, no more pets are allowed. Home is occupied by 3 single, working adults. Quiet hours are typically 10pm-8am. Electricity, water, garbage, and Internet are included. Amenities include big screen TV, large covered deck and grill, spacious backyard with gardening space and fire pit, covered smoking area (zero smoking is allowed inside, cigarettes and cannabis smoking are allowed on the back deck), shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and living space. Guests are allowed only by landlord approval which should be requested no later than 24 hours before the desired date. Street parking. Reasonable cleanliness rules apply, are posted in the common area, and, if violated, a cleaning fee of $25/hr plus supplies, will be charged. Repeat conflicts, lack of cleanliness, and/or respect for other housemates will be cause for early lease termination. Current housemates represent diverse political and social views and respect of all is necessary: Maintenance and lawn care is completed by landlord; however, there may occasionally be opportunities to contribute to either for a lease credit. Initial lease is six months with potential for a longer subsequent lease should landlord and tenant be in agreement.
