Pool / hot tub home, 3 miles from Cocoa Beach in Merritt Island, 3,800 sq ft home. You would have use of all common areas fully furnished. I have 2 furnished bedrooms 1 larger than the other but larger one doesn’t have a closet. Only looking for just 1 more roommate. You would have your OWN Private Bathroom. No smokers please, preferably no pets or kids as well. In walking distance to Walmart. All the kids are grown and gone, so it was either downsize or rent out rooms. With interest rates being so high it’s rent out rooms. Thanks Norman
