Room for rent in a two-bedroom two bathroom apartment in Brentwood near Wilshire and Barrington. Big apartment with lots of space. Private bathroom. The room is approximately 11 by 13 feet. It can be furnished if you need with a mattress, bed frame, desk, and bedside table. Lots of closet space in the room, the closet is 2.5 feet deep and runs almost the entire length of the room. Rent includes water and trash, but doesn’t include electric, gas, and internet (~100 per month total). The rent includes two tandem parking spots as well. Neighborhood is safe and usually pretty quiet. We are within walking distance from several shops and a short distance from several grocery stores as well. There are also several bus stops close by. Also, I have a cat. She’s friendly, well mannered (ie doesn’t destroy stuff), and loves to hang out with people. She’s probably the best part about this apartment.

I am a 24 year gay man studying biochemistry at UCLA and working in research. In my spare time, I like to play video games and board games. My favorite hobby is cooking and I love to share what I make. I also enjoy working out and playing some sports. I’m a mature, professional, and laid-back guy who gets along with most people but is also respectful of boundaries and enjoy my alone time. I’m fairly quiet when I’m at home. Ideally looking for other laid-back and respectful roommates that could strike a balance between hanging out and enjoying each other’s company as well as respecting each other’s boundaries and needs while at home.
