1 room for rent in a 2-bedroom apartment. My current roommate is moving to Texas at the end of May so I need someone to fill the spare room. The apartment is conveniently located just north of downtown Dover. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Close to bus stops and an Amtrak station. It’s a good location if you’re a student at UNH. ~15 minute drive to both Durham and Portsmouth.

Total cost: $1,150/mo rent + $1,150 security deposit (all utilities included in rent) = $2,300 Apartment has a dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge in the kitchen. Lots of storage in the basement if you have extra stuff
