About the room
I’m renting out a furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, nightstands) in my house. Bathroom will be shared with my mom who stays with me for a week or two every once in a while, but it’s mostly yours. Living room and kitchen will also be shared.
House has a • big backyard •hot tub •patio with bbq and seats and tables •fire pit •shed •large living room with 65 inch tv •plenty of parking space
Rent would be $1350 every month which includes water, waste, cable and internet. Electric would be split 50/50.

Heyya, future housemate!! I’m Bernie, 34, lesbian. I work for an electronics & aerospace company. My work schedule is M-F 8-5 with plenty of flexibility.
