We have a private, unfurnished room available in our Altadena house, move-in ready.

This is a 1500 sq ft 3-bed/2-bath home with a yard, ample street parking, and laundry room. You will be within walking/biking distance to a number of popular trailheads, bars, cafes, restaurants, and the Rose Bowl. There is a weekly farmer’s market just down the street as well.

The room is 11’x11’ with a small closet and has lots of natural light. We have a large eat-in kitchen with new appliances (the kitchen has a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, LG refrigerator and a kitchen table). There is an outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill, and there are two full bathrooms. (One bathroom has a large tub, and the other features a rain shower.) The living room is fully furnished.

Utilities are split 3 ways and are due on the 1st of the month. We pay for water, electricity, gas, and internet. Internet is $20 per person a month. We have Direct TV and garbage included in the rent.

Our house is not the only unit on the property; there is also an ADU located in the back with another tenant. He is a quiet, older gentleman who keeps to himself.

ABOUT YOU (ideally): We are looking for someone who works a full-time job. We would also love someone in our age group, but we’re open.

Please note: we cannot accept another dog or cat.

We are looking for someone to sign a sublet agreement; you would be on a month-to-month subletting contract.

Need first month’s rent ($1400.00) and deposit ($1400.00), so $2800.00 total, to sign and move in.

ABOUT US: We are both professionals in our late-20s (F)/early-30s (M) working in the entertainment industry. We are clear and direct communicators and friendly, laid-back housemates. We work odd, long hours and consider this home a sanctuary. There are two dogs in the house. One is an older St. Bernard Poodle mix and the other is a 3-year old German Shepard.
