It’s in a great location with grocery access around the corner, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful parks. We are looking for someone to rent a third cute bedroom in the home! The room has: carpeted floor, Private closet, Air-conditioner (for hot Sacramento summers), Private Bath. The whole house has the following: Large dining room and family room, In-house washer and dryer, All new stainless steel kitchen appliances (large induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher), Hardwood floors, granite countertops, 2 car garage.

You will share the space with two others, a Plastic surgeon and a Nursing student looking for a third roommate! We are looking for a single person who has a career/in school, keeps common spaces clean, gets along with others and is semi-quiet.
