Kalina's room

Great location in North Park. Super close to down town north park with breweries, restaurants, etc. 15 minutes from downtown, close to Balboa park and the beach. I love this area it’s a really cute place and lots to do without it being in the city. The room is a great size and has two big windows and a closet with large cabinet storage. The whole place is hard wood, and the apartment has a newish washer/dryer in unit as well as a cute private garden area we share with the downstairs neighbors.

I am the other roommate, my friend and roommate is moving out to live abroad. I am from northern San Diego and love living in the place so much I decided to stay and find someone to fill her space. I am clean and tidy, friendly and love to cook! Looking for a roommate but also open to making a new friend!
