Spacious 2nd floor 2bd2ba (1045 sq ft) located in Gandy. Apartment includes dishwasher, walk in closets, screened in porch, in unit laundry. Complex includes 3 pools, hot tub, 2 small gyms, dog park, dog spa, outdoor kitchens, club house, tennis courts, car wash. My absolute favorite is the pond. It’s a half mile walk and home to many birds and turtles. We are a 15 minute drive from Tampa International Airport and 20 minute drive to DTSP.

Looking to find someone who is considerate and clean. I don’t mind a few things on the counters or the dishes in the sink for a night when life is a little extra busy. I do a good clean about once a week (wipe counters, vacuum, steam mop). No smoking, candles, artificial fragrances, conventional cleaning products, wearing outside shoes in the house. I prefer more natural options for cleaning (ie vinegar, rubbing alcohol, essential oils). I have two air purifiers running at all times in the house and a water filter on the counter.

Originally from Chicago, I moved down here last April and into this current apartment in June. I’m currently looking for a roommate to move in July 1st for a 12 month lease. My current roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

I am nurse currently working M-F 9a-5p downtown with the potential to soon be working full time from home. During the week, I try to go to bed around 1030p and wake up between 7-8a. On weekends, I tend to sleep in til 10am. I spend a lot of time outdoors, going for walks, trips to the beach, visiting the springs, going to farmers markets. When I’m home I love to play music, read, garden, and watch TV (with subtitles!). Most weekdays I’m home and weekends I’m in and out. Recently, I have had family and friends in town to stay with me. (I have to wrestle the couch topper back into the bag and fold the couch up XD) I don’t mind company but do appreciate a heads up.

I have a small 5lb yorkie mix. She is very sweet, friendly, and does not bark. She has free range of the house. We could potentially live with another dog. No cats due to allergies.
