Raul's room

The house is a 2-story 4 br, 1 full shared bathroom, and two 1/2 baths, Master BR has its own bathroom. (Currently, the garage is being converted to an efficiency. Not avail till June.) The first floor has a spacious living room and kitchen with a dining area. The backyard is decent-sized, with a 10’ x 40’ porch for those who enjoy spending time outside. There is also an above-ground pool, bbq pit, and a griddle. There are two rooms to choose from and the room is not furnished but I do have a spare queen bed, dresser, and nightstand. If you are in need.

Roomies, it’s just me…and my kids every other weekend. I work two jobs from home. So I am home most of the time. Recently divorced, and I’m in my mid-40s. I exercise daily and do have a dog. I do keep to myself for the most part but do get along with most ppl. I am understanding, patient, hardworking, and clean. Maybe not immaculate, but def no roaches.

I do not want to deal with hate. That being said, no Trumpers, no racists, no homophobes, and no antiabortionists.

For our friends of faith. I have no issue with your faith. But I have my own. I’ll keep mine to me and you can keep yours to you. I promise I will not be disrespectful of yours.

420 friendly. outdoors only. I’m not anti alcohol but I am very pro-responsible drinking. I’m too old for drunken shenanigans. Cig smokers outdoor only as well.

I love PC games, board games, and binging tv. Huge Trek and Wars fan. I’m on the quest to make the best charro beans ever. My brother is a mechanic, somehow that is always helpful to mention.
